Painter/Maintenance Technician – Full-Time

We are currently seeking a skilled Painter/Maintenance Technician to help maintain the beauty, safety, and functionality of our campus.



In this hands-on role, you will help ensure that resident apartments, common spaces, and building systems remain in excellent condition. $23 – $27 per hour

Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM



What You'll Do:



As a Painter/Maintenance Technician, you will play an important role in maintaining our campus by:




  • Repair drywall including patching, finishing, and painting.

  • Repaint and refresh vacated apartments to prepare them for new residents.

  • Maintain the appearance of interior walls, ceilings, and surfaces throughout the community.

  • Perform touch-ups and cosmetic repairs in common areas, offices, and resident rooms.

  • Perform preventative maintenance and general building repairs.

  • Assist with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural maintenance tasks.

  • Complete assigned work orders and maintenance projects in a timely manner.

  • Conduct inspections of assigned areas and report maintenance concerns.

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies according to manufacturer guidelines.

  • Follow all safety procedures including emergency preparedness and fire safety protocols.

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.

  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for maintenance emergencies (approximately once per month).

  • Work respectfully and professionally with residents, visitors, and staff.

  • Provide excellent service while working throughout the community.
