Attend weekly service calls and execute scheduled service visits efficiently, balancing cost, time, and customer expectations. Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Diagnose and resolve technical issues (aiming for first-time fix). Complete and submit accurate service reports, timesheets, and expenses promptly. Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements. Maintain technical training, tools, and company-provided equipment. Participate in remote support and on-call rotations, including weekend or after-hours work. Uphold Eagle’s core values and Code of Conduct. Perform other duties as assigned.
