Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparation and submission of owners monthly pay applications
  • Processing subcontractors monthly pay applications
  • Working closely with Project Managers on the financial aspect of a project
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills/self-motivation.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
  • 1-2 years previous accounting experience preferred.
  • Construction accounting experience is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with associates, subcontractor partners, and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Ability to handle pressure in a positive professional manner 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Office, and Outlook) required.
  • Attention to accuracy and detail in all areas of responsibility
