Murfreesboro Family Medicine is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented RCM Specialist / Medical Biller / Coder to join our team. No prior experience? No problem—we’re happy to train the right person who is eager to learn and grow in the field of medical billing and coding.
What You’ll Do
- Learn and perform accurate, high-quality medical coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)
- Ensure coding supports compliance, proper reimbursement, and clinical accuracy
- Assist with charge entry and claim submission
- Support payment posting and insurance follow-ups
- Help resolve claim denials and billing issues
- Work with providers to improve documentation and coding quality

- Basic computer skills and ability to stay organized
- Interest in healthcare administration or billing/coding
