What You’ll Be Doing
As a Trailer Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our fleet safe, compliant, and on the road.
- Diagnose and repair tractor-trailers, including air brakes, hydraulics, suspension systems, and tire service
- Perform preventive maintenance while identifying recurring issues and implementing long-term solutions
- Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals to troubleshoot efficiently and improve equipment performance
- Support DOT inspections and ensure all equipment meets safety and compliance standards
- Communicate effectively with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and keep equipment moving
- Manage parts needs, track inventory usage, and reduce waste through smart, cost-conscious decisions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements
