SCHOOL COUNSELOR (ANTICIPATED)
(10 Months-Certificated)

Qualifications:

1. Possess a New Jersey DOE Certificate (Standard) � Student Personnel Services or School Counselor or obtain an emergency certificate.
2. Master's degree - highly preferred.
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
4. Experience with leading NJ state assessments and the college application process.
5. Ability to communicate effectively with highly motivated, gifted student population, parents, and colleagues.     
6. Familiar with PowerSchool and other platforms such as Schoology, Naviance and CollegeBoard � highly preferred.
7. Individual and group counseling experience necessary.
8. New Jersey residency required within one (1) year from date of hire.

Compensation Rate/Range: $60,588 - $117,231
