Salary: $20.00 per hour 

Season: Memorial Day through Labor Day 

Summary:

Chestnut Ridge Apartments located in Amherst, NY is looking for a Seasonal Groundskeeper to undertake the responsibility of the appearance of the exterior of our 108-unit residential apartment community. The goal is to maintain the upkeep of the apartment community and common areas.

Responsibilities:

• Keep grounds free from trash, liter, and debris
• Keep the dumpster area free from trash
• Water landscaping as needed
• Maintain pool area
• Ensure laundry rooms are clean
