OSI Systems is seeking a Sr. Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring needs across various OSI divisions. They will work in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments, excel at securing the top talent across disciplines, and take ownership over outcomes. They will also recruit for a diverse range of roles from entry-level to senior leadership.
This role is Hybrid based out of our Richardson, TX office reporting to the Director of TA.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the full-cycle recruiting process, delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to signed offer.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and senior leadership to define hiring strategies, establish best practices, and close high-caliber talent.
- Drive creative and initiative-taking sourcing strategies, including targeted campaigns, industry networking, and non-traditional recruiting channels.
- Represent the recruiting team and function, networking, and industry events to build talent pipelines and strengthen employer brand.
- Identify and implement process improvements in the recruitment function, leveraging data and metrics to inform decisions.

- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct. Ensure that direct report(s) are trained and evaluated on their knowledge and adherence to the company’s values, Code of Ethics and Conduct, and applicable compliance policies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required. Relevant work experience may be substituted for a degree.
- 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience needed, preferably in-house.
- 5+ years of experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Suite required.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in the aerospace & defense or manufacturing industry required.
- Must have demonstrated success, sourcing and closing niche, passive talent across varied disciplines.
- Effective communication skills and confidence engaging with senior leadership and hiring managers is essential.
- Proven ability to recruit across a wide range of skill sets, from early career to senior technical and corporate roles required.
- Expertise in both traditional and non-traditional recruiting methods, including cold outreach, networking, and targeted sourcing campaigns desired.
- Ability to work autonomously, adapt to shifting priorities, and develop deep role-specific expertise is desired.
- Must be willing to work extended hours as necessary to meet company goals.
