What You鈥檒l Do
As a聽Driver/Installer, you鈥檒l play a vital role in delivering and installing furniture for our residential, commercial, event, and trade show clients. We鈥檙e looking for a dependable, motivated聽Driver/Furniture Mover聽to join our crew. If you enjoy being on the move, working with your hands, and making customers smile, this is the job for you! Responsibilities include:
- Safely operating a聽26 ft. box truck聽in compliance with DOT regulations
- Delivering, installing, and picking up furniture according to floorplans
- Protecting products during transport and keeping vehicles organized
- Completing paperwork and pre/post trip inspections
- Assisting with warehouse tasks, shipping, and receiving
- Leading and directing helpers to ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications
What We鈥檙e Looking For
- Driving experience with a 26 ft. box truck (required)
- Valid driver鈥檚 license & clean driving record
- Ability to pass聽DOT physical & pre-employment drug test
- Strong聽customer service skills聽with a professional, courteous attitude
- Ability to聽lift up to 75 lbs., climb stairs, bend, and stay active聽for extended periods
- Basic tool knowledge (cordless drill, screwdriver, etc.)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
