Job Summary
The Group Counselor facilitates large and small groups of children in developmentally appropriate ways; available to work per diem during 7 weeks of Summer Program;supervises and reports any child injuries, health or behavioral concerns to supervisors; greets and communicates with parents during morning drop off and evening pick up; monitors safety of children and activities; attends and supervises children on field trips; may require Sunday evening set-up; assists in the supervision of CITs; and other necessary practices deemed to be in the best interest of the program as advised by the FRC Director.

Hours Vary (Per Diem)

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with children, enjoy working with children, has the ability to assist in resolving conflicts with children, must be able to multi-task, ability to move and lift up to 65 lbs.
