Intercourse, Pa | Part-time | $15-$18 per hour (based on availability and experience) + tips (department dependent)


Kitchen Kettle Village is looking for a full-time Line/Prep Cook with a passion for creating exceptional food experiences. This role prepares raw and cooked foods with a goal of spreading happiness and creating memorable moments for our guests while upholding all health codes and restaurant standards for sanitation and food safety.

What You'll Do

  • Cook and prepare a variety of food products (meats, vegetables, poultry, sauces, soups, desserts, and more) using appropriate equipment according to daily needs
  • Follow the company's cooking methods, kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
  • Record and monitor HACCP logs daily to ensure food safety compliance
  • Perform various kitchen position duties as needed to support the team
  • Interact with team members in a positive, productive manner and support a strong team culture
  • Consistently maintain portion and quality standards for all menu items
  • Keep your workstation clean and sanitary throughout service and during closing
  • Handle knives and other kitchen tools efficiently and safely
  • Receive, check in, and properly store deliveries; assist with inventories and communicate product needs
  • Help monitor and report waste and spoilage, and assist in other food service/production areas as needed, including working Saturdays and holidays
