In order to achieve sales objectives, the Inside Sales professional contributes to revenue, profitability and growth for strategic customers and projects within EMEIA region by:
- Managing volume, revenue and profitability analysis for customers and strategic commercial projects.
- Providing direct support to the Professional Wipes team in the development of existing and prospective opportunities for strategic customers and commercial projects to meet growth targets.
- Managing a portfolio of customers.
- Deliver unsurpassed service for customer gaining & retention strategy (speedy answers, proactivity, responsiveness, problem solving and assertiveness).
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Pro-active support management of strategic accounts and commercial projects.
- Pro-active support for achieving commercial sales targets.
- Contributes for handling leads for strategic accounts and customers linked to strategic commercial projects. Ensure a proper follow up to maximize success ratio.
- Supports Price Council preparation, Salesforce maintenance, contract management system, budget preparation, internal and external customer reports and strategic projects management.
- Co-ordination of cross-functional activities with other functions (MKT, PD, Finance, Supply Chain, Ops).
- Provides general support to customers; maintains quotation overview, generates information (price, product information, qualifications, trials etc.), takes care of general communication (e.g. price modifications) towards customers, provides management information and generates sales reports. Ensures those records/documentation are maintained accurately and in accordance with company guidelines.

Education/Work experience:
Degree not fundamental, if relevant field experience and success can be demonstrated
Driving License
Experience in a sales related role valued
High level of English is required (both verbal and written).
Fluency in additional languages (French) is beneficial
