EPS Corporation is seeking a Logistics Specialist provides comprehensive logistics support for Test and Evaluation (T&E) activities and Surface Support Craft Operations and Maintenance in support of NSWC PCD’s Special Mission Systems Division. This role ensures the efficient planning, coordination, and execution of logistics functions critical to mission readiness and operational success.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage logistics support for T&E events, including planning, execution, and post-event activities
Support lifecycle logistics for surface support craft, including maintenance, repair, and sustainment efforts
Track, manage, and maintain inventory of equipment, materials, and supplies
Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, reports, and records in accordance with DoD and Navy standards
Coordinate transportation, shipping, and receiving of equipment and materials
Interface with government personnel, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of logistics support
Assist in configuration management and asset tracking using approved systems
Support maintenance planning and scheduling for surface craft and associated systems
Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field)
Minimum of 3–5 years of logistics experience, preferably supporting DoD or Navy programs
Experience supporting Test & Evaluation (T&E) environments
Knowledge of surface craft operations and maintenance logistics is highly desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with logistics and asset management systems
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience supporting NSWC or similar Navy commands
Familiarity with Navy supply systems (e.g., R-Supply, OMMS-NG)
Understanding of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) principles
Active or ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
