School Guidance Counselor

 Effective 2026-2027 School Year

Job Requirements:

• Valid NJ School Counseling Certification
• Commitment to supporting the school's mission
• Provides counseling and guidance services to high school students regarding academic, college, career, social, and emotional needs.  
• Current knowledge and experience with college admissions and the college counseling process preferred.  Experience with Scoir and Realtime is a plus.
• Experience and knowledge with 504, I&RS, Special Education, and Testing
• Experience with student scheduling.
• Excellent communication skills are a must

The range of the salary for this position is $65,150 - $114,896 according to qualifying experience.
