About this Position

 

What you´ll do

  • Lead financial controlling and risk monitoring as finance expert for real
    estate
  • Prepare and evaluate business cases (DCF) to
    support real estate projects and investment decisions
  • Prepare and steer the real estate investment
    planning process
  • Develop,
    improve and implement governance, processes and tools for real estate
    controlling and data management
  • Support internal stakeholders and committees with
    decision-relevant analyses and reporting
  • Steer assigned special projects as a reliable,
    competent, and results-oriented business partner
  • Collaborate with an international team of experts
    and in an intercultural environment

What makes you a good fit

  • Master’s degree in studies of real estate with focus in finance and accounting, or business administration with professional experience in real estate
  • Ideally 3-5 years of relevant finance / controlling experience in real estate environment, preferably within a corporate context 
  • Excellent knowledge level of Excel, Power Point and affinity to related software and Power BI is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills paired with analytical and strategic thinking, solution-oriented mindset and diligent work approach
  • Strong interest in driving the adoption and further development of AI- and data-driven solutions within real estate finance
  • Strong proficiency in English, fluency in German preferred
