Job Description

Sales, Estimating, and Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to support our Sales, Estimating, and Marketing teams. This is a dynamic, multi-functional role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their work.

 What You’ll Do

  • Support Sales and Estimating with proposals, quote reviews, tracking, and reporting
  • Maintain key systems and data (Salesforce, labor rates, project lists, prequalifications)
  • Coordinate marketing efforts including branded materials, events, and presentations
  • Assist with website updates, content, and basic analytics
  • Manage documentation such as Statements of Qualifications and compliance records
  • Provide general administrative support (meeting minutes, timesheets, occasional travel, etc.)
  • Help maintain company records, licenses, and employee-related updates

What You Bring

  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Solid communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Salesforce a plus)
  • Office experience (preferably in a fast-paced environment)
