Overview: Prepares products for shipment by inspecting, wrapping and boxing, assisting in daily cycle counting, and physically moving stock throughout the day.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Ship product per FORCE America defined expectations for carriers.
- Maintain system accuracy and record transactions in ERP operating system.
- Sort/Label product per customers’ requirements.
- Crating products for LTL shipments.
- Assist in cycle counting.
- Restock received inventory.
- Investigate inventory deviations.
- Optimize shelving capacity.
- Provide the stamp of verification for department prior to shipping out or sending to assembly.
- Communicate with team members and other departments.
- Communicate with external providers.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Safely operate forklift.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 year of work experience.
- Strong comprehension of verbal and written work expectations.
- Able to work independently and within a team environment.
- Experience with power tools.
- Strong communication skills.
- Understanding of logistics costs and decision making.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize to meet the expectations of the customer.
- Detail oriented; motivated to provide the highest level of quality.
- Forklift experience a plus but not required.

- Must be able to exert up to 70 lbs. of force occasionally (5 times per day) and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently (50 times per day) and up to 25 lbs. of force on a regular basis through the day, depending on work related circumstances.
- Must be able to lift objects from floor to above shoulder level. Must be able to move objects/parts/tools and equipment from one area to another and one level to another level.
- Strong hand-eye coordination
