Job Description

Operations Manager

Reports To: Regional Vice President 

Description

The Operation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the site and ensuring the smooth running of the business. This position will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring quality standards are being met, and working to develop the business. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong desire to get involved in all aspects of the operations.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Ensure quality standards are being met. 
  • Work to develop the business by taking on new projects and implementing changes as needed.
  • Develop and implement systems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain communication with all stakeholders within the business.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.
  • Make sure all trucks get to their route safely.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • CDL License preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills and Microsoft Office
  • Good financial management and planning skills; ability to understand financial terms, budgets, tables, and reports. Ability to develop realistic, comprehensive plans to make efficient use of resources
