We’re expanding our service department and seeking a Senior Automotive Technician who takes pride in precision diagnostics and high-level repair work. This position is ideal for someone with strong dealership experience who can confidently handle complex mechanical and electrical issues while supporting the development of fellow team members.

Requirements

  • Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on engines, drivetrains, electrical systems, and hybrid/EV platforms
  • Utilize Ford IDS, FDRS, and related factory diagnostic systems
  • Complete warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards
  • Assist in troubleshooting difficult repair cases within the shop
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to developing technicians
  • Perform module programming and software updates as required
  • Communicate repair recommendations clearly to service advisors
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience
  • Ford or Lincoln certifications preferred
  • Strong background in engine, transmission, and electrical diagnostics
  • Leadership mindset and willingness to assist team members
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving history
