Manage end-to-end IT recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and placing candidates.
Stay updated on tech trends, skills, and the IT job market.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality recruitment services.
Achieve sales and placement targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in IT recruitment and/or business development.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Fluency in Polish and English
