How you'll make an impact in this role
Lead the design and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns that serve as primary growth levers for the Saint Thomas market.
Partner with clinical and executive leadership to translate complex service line priorities—such as Cardiovascular and Oncology—into actionable strategies that drive patient volume.
Optimize the "digital front door" experience, ensuring our web presence and SEO strategies remove barriers to care and streamline the patient’s path to conversion.
Transform our social media and community management presence into an engaging, human-centric channel that bridges the gap between consumer experience and service recovery.
Drive enterprise growth by aligning annual marketing plans with dynamic market shifts, ensuring every dollar spent is a measurable investment in our brand reputation.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional preferences you'll need
Documented history of leading teams within a large, complex corporate structure (ideally in a "growth market" environment).
Extensive experience in the healthcare, health-tech, or insurance sectors is strongly preferred to navigate the unique regulatory and emotional landscape of our industry.
As this role focuses heavily on local community relations, joint ventures, and our Nashville-based ministry market, local proximity is essential.
