Help shape how we engage, understand, and serve our clients.
This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to strengthen key client programs, improve account management practices, and support firmwide client retention through insight and innovation.
You will be focusing on:
Strategy and team management
Support the firm’s client strategy by leading and contributing across the full client lifecycle, from relationship development through growth and retention.
Collaborate across the Clients & Markets team to design and implement processes, tools, and practices that strengthen client programs and improve consistency.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and other technologies to enhance efficiency, insight, and decision making across client initiatives.
Establish dashboards and reporting to provide leadership with visibility into client engagement, activity, and growth opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps, testing new approaches, and embedding scalable best practices.
Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within key clients, industries, and markets.
Pursuits
Ensure client data, feedback, and market insights are effectively leveraged to inform pursuit strategy, positioning, and proposal development, and broader client-focused initiatives.
Support pursuit teams by translating client intelligence into actionable insights that strengthen submissions and client follow up.
Challenge the status quo and bring forward new, innovative ideas.
Client Account Planning
Lead and support client teams in developing and executing account plans that drive service expansion, client retention, and revenue growth.
Lead the firm’s key client program, ensuring timely follow up on issues and opportunities identified through client feedback initiatives.
Translate client feedback and account intelligence into clear recommendations and next steps for client teams and firm leadership.
What you bring to the role:
7+ years of experience in client management, business development, marketing, strategy, or a related role within a law firm or professional services environment.
Strong experience leading projects, implementing new processes, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to work with data, reporting, and insights to inform decision-making and strategy.
Experience with implementing AI or technology-enabled solutions is a strong asset.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
Bilingual in French and English an asset.

The salary bands provided reflect the typical range for this role in the region indicated. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of experiences and skills, and final compensation will be thoughtfully determined based on individual qualifications and current market factors. Please note that salary will be discussed and negotiated during interview.
