Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Compile payroll data.
  • Prepare and issues paychecks, direct deposits, and fund transfers for payroll.
  • Prepare periodic reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions.
  • Maintain records for vacation eligibility.
  • Manage relationship with Insurance and 401k providers to ensure benefits compliance for all new hires.
  • Process benefit statements.
  • Prepare reports for any injuries for employees or customers.
  • Process all child support or judgments received for employee withholdings.  

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Past automotive experience required
  • Experience working with Reynolds and Reynolds preferred
  • A least five years of HR and/or Payroll experience preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally in one-on-one situations to employees
  • Comfortable with processing payroll for at least 180 employees 
  • Flexibility with schedule
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn company software
  • Clean and valid driver’s license
