As the Sky Branch - RM-Sky Channel-Branch Omni, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the Sky Channel's performance. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement, cross-selling opportunities, and overall branch productivity. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Sky Channel branch, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with other branches to maximize sales.
