Provides financial leadership to deliver accurate budgets and forecasts, strengthen cost discipline, and support leadership decision‑making through clear, timely performance insights.

Job Description:

  • Advise the Cost Performance team’s day‑to‑day activities to deliver high‑quality budgets and rolling forecasts that support the Corporate Business Plan and Joint Venture submissions.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, enabling disciplined cost planning, clear visibility, and proactive management of risks and opportunities.

  • Drive strong financial stewardship by prioritizing work, setting clear expectations, and developing team capability through coaching and mentoring.

  • Ensure forecast accuracy and 100% on‑time delivery of budgets, forecasts, and JV requirements.

  • Partner with operational and functional stakeholders to ensure accurate Value of Work Done (WOWD), timely cost recognition, and meaningful analysis against plan and forecast.

  • Establish and maintain clear standards for progress measurement, assumptions, and governance to ensure data integrity and transparency.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including digital and process enhancements, to strengthen predictability and business value.

  • Provide timely, insightful management reporting that turns financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for leadership decision‑making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred.

  • 5 years of relevant work experience.

  • SAP experience is an advantage, Excel experience required.

  • Excellent English – writing and verbal skills.

  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized, detail-oriented, and mindful of deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently, self-learn and to adapt to a fast-changing environment.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and highest level of integrity.

  • Highly motivated with ability to learn quickly.

  • Attention to details and problem-solving ability.

  • Team player.

  • The position is based in Israel and is open to candidates who are legally authorized to work in Israel.
