We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our team at Aura Care Group in Hopkins, MN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our nursing home, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.

Summary:

As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall management of our nursing home, including ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and leading a team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the nursing home, including supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of care for residents

  • Collaborate with medical staff to develop individualized care plans for residents

  • Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and develop strategies to meet those needs

  • Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and other support staff

  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction

  • Coordinate with state and federal agencies to ensure compliance with regulations

  • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Minnesota

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a nursing home or related healthcare setting

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of healthcare professionals

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and staff

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement solutions to complex problems
