Job Description
We are working exclusively with a family office to appoint an Investment Director to manage its real estate fund. It is highly active across numerous asset classes, including residential, commercial and hospitality. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overall responsibility for the strategy, execution, and performance of all investments held within the ICAV
  • Source, assess, and execute investments across relevant asset classes, including direct investments and funds
  • Lead financial analysis, valuation, structuring, and due diligence for new opportunities
  • Oversee ongoing portfolio management, performance monitoring, and risk management
  • Identify value‑creation initiatives, refinancing, and exit opportunities where appropriate
  • Prepare investment materials and recommendations for principals and the investment committee
  • Manage relationships with agents, co‑investors, lenders, and external advisors
  • Ensure appropriate governance, reporting, and compliance with ICAV and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
  • 10-15 years’ investment experience within a family office, asset manager, or developer
  • Broad investment skillset with experience across multiple asset classes and transaction types
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and commercial judgement
  • Experience working with regulated fund structures (ICAV / AIF / similar) preferred
  • High level of discretion, autonomy, and comfort operating in a lean family‑office setting
