OVERVIEW:
Ascendance is looking for an experienced, full-time Commercial Truck Detailer. This role is responsible for providing service to our customers while maintaining exceptional customer service. Duties can include washing, vacuuming, scrubbing old grime, and visual inspection.
Responsibilities:
- Wash, vacuum, scrubbing old grime
- Follow checklists to ensure that all critical parts are examined
- Examine vehicles to make sure they are thoroughly cleaned and ready for the customer
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to increase overall customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of prior experience
- Attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Valid driver’s license required (must be willing to obtain CDL)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic mechanical ability
- Basic computer skills
