 POSITION SUMMARY:

The purpose of this position is to provide exceptional customer service by being the main point of contact with external customers. This leader will exemplify the core values through written and verbal communications with customers emails and phone calls.  Collaborate with all areas of the Jackson’s team from production to operations in to provide customers with accurate information about their orders.  This position is the customer’s advocate and information source.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Consumer Customer Service 

· Respond daily to inbound consumer inquiries demonstrating Jackson’s core values.  Work with internal teams to resolve any issues and deliver an exceptional customer experience and

build consumer loyalty as shown through consumer communications and actions to build brand loyalty.  

· Share learnings with key internal stakeholders for awareness and applied learnings through internal complaint feedback log.

· Responsible for timely and accurate management of inbound purchase orders.

·   Coordinate with Operations, Shipping, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure retailer expectations are met or exceeded. 

· Proactively communicate with retailers as the main contact any changes to deliver an exceptional brand experience.

· Manage active purchase orders by updating addresses, ship dates, etc in the ERP system as customer needs change.

· Analyze inventory and product availability in the ERP system to provide accurate timelines to customers.

· Champion the initiative to continuously improve the ERP processes in place to ensure smooth process from purchase order receipt to product delivery.

Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 

  • Bachelors’ degree from four-year college or university 

  • One to three years customer service experience and/or training preferred, or, equivalent combination in consumer packaging goods. 

  • Proven aptitude in Microsoft Suite, specifically in excel to analyze customer service metrics.
