Job Description and Requirements
The Learning and Development Trainer I will learn, present, and master Trainer I level curriculum to employees in a formal classroom setting, as well as create a working knowledge of the Learning and Development departmental work-flows.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Provide enthusiastic, professional, and quality training to new and existing employees
Teach new and existing employees how to recommend products and services to members to enhance their quality of life
Maintain current working knowledge of the RBFCU member handbook, policy and procedures and information contained on the intranet
Travel as required
All other duties as assigned (note: essential functions and responsibilities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice)
Requirements:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Less than one year of training/education experience
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher
Preferred:
A degree in Adult Learning, Education, or Human Resources related field
Financial institution experience
