We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to concrete installation and maintenance. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work in all weather conditions.
*This is a union position, pay based on union scale*
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of concrete surfaces
- Pour, spread, and finish concrete materials
- Operate basic tools and machinery
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Perform general labor tasks on job sites as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Prior experience in concrete labor is preferred, but not required
- Ability to perform physical labor, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in concrete work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work well in a team environment
