- Lead and develop a high-performing service team (advisors, technicians, support staff)
- Drive service department profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure a guest-first experience from write-up to delivery
- Monitor KPIs, workflow, and productivity to meet and exceed goals
- Coach, train, and mentor team members to grow their careers
- Maintain compliance with dealership policies, safety standards, and manufacturer expectations
- Partner with leadership to build a positive, fun, and engaging culture
