Job Description
Production Technician (Machine Operation Experience Preferred).
Location: McKinney
Schedule: 8 PM - 8 AM, Rotating Weekends
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for reliable, hands-on individuals interested in growing their skills in a fast‑paced production environment. If you’ve operated equipment, worked on a production line, or handled mechanical or automated processes - even if you weren’t officially titled a “Machine Operator” - we want to hear from you.

This role provides training and development for candidates with mechanical aptitude or previous experience working with tools, machines, or production processes.

What You’ll Do:
  • Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and keep machines running efficiently.
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Assist with setups, changeovers, and routine equipment checks.
  • Support general production duties as needed.

Ideal Background Includes (but is NOT limited to):
  • Experience as a machine operator, production worker, assembler, or warehouse associate.
  • Hands‑on mechanical experience (e.g., using hand tools, power tools, or operating equipment).
  • Experience around automated equipment, CNC machines, packaging lines, or robotics.
  • Ability to read instructions, measurements, or simple diagrams.
  • Comfort working in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
