The resource will be part of the Finance/Accounting area and will be responsible for managing accounts payable activities

Job Location:

Vishay Semiconductor Italiana spa is site focused on the design, development and production of power diodes and power modules. There are around 300 employees currently work in Borgaro Torinese Italy. This number is constantly growing due to our expansion plans.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Post and manage vendor invoices, ensuring accurate accounting and tax compliance.
  • Support tax-related deadlines (VAT, withholding taxes, F24, Intrastat).
  • Execute supplier payments in line with agreed terms.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close procedure.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Act as a key point of contact for suppliers and internal teams (Procurement, Controlling, HR).
  • Good Knowledge English Language.

What you will bring along:

  • Degree in Economics or SIMILAR or Diploma in Accounting.
  • 5-6 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Accounting roles.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles and VAT regulations.
  • Experience working with SAP.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • High level of accuracy, reliability, and time-management.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
