AuxoAI is hiring a Senior Informatica Integration Developer to design, build, and support enterprise-grade integration solutions across large-scale production environments.

This role requires deep hands-on expertise across Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), covering application integrations, data integrations, and point-to-point integrations.

The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal engineering teams to deliver robust integration solutions while also owning production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and integration platform stability. 

• Design and implement end-to-end integrations using Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC across both on-premise and cloud environments.
  
• Develop and maintain point-to-point integrations, application integrations, and enterprise data integrations between multiple systems.
  
• Participate in architecture and design discussions, providing technical recommendations for scalable integration solutions.
  
• Provide L2/L3 production support for Informatica-based integration environments handling business-critical workloads.
  
• Investigate incidents and defects, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence.
  
• Troubleshoot production issues including performance bottlenecks, data failures, scheduling conflicts, and dependency issues.
  
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, operational stability, and reliability of integration platforms.
  
• Implement controlled changes across configuration, design, and code to support evolving business requirements.
  
• Support integration platform upgrades, migration initiatives, and modernization programs.
  
• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders and internal teams to understand integration needs and operational challenges.
  
• Translate business requirements into scalable integration architecture and implementation plans.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  
• 6–10 years of experience working with Informatica-based integration platforms in enterprise environments.
  
• Strong hands-on expertise with Informatica PowerCenter in large-scale production deployments.
  
• Experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and cloud-based integrations.
  
• Proven experience delivering data integrations, application integrations, and system-to-system integrations.
  
• Experience supporting production systems, including incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA.
  
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, data flows, dependency management, and platform operations.
  
• Ability to operate effectively in production-critical environments with high reliability requirements.
  
• Prior experience working directly with client stakeholders and distributed engineering teams.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
