We are seeking 3 Construction Material Professionals with Flexible Pavement Construction experience.  Join our Certerra South family!!

Job Summary:

As part of an experienced team, you will apply your testing and inspection to a variety of projects. Applicants shall have an education or professional background in construction inspection services and have experience evaluating soils, concrete, and asphalt, as they relate to site construction.  Experience in flexible pavement construction, report writing and computer skills are required. 

Duties:

• Management of construction materials projects.
• Likely management of field staff.
• Field and laboratory testing of construction materials.
• Maintaining required certifications.
• Review of daily field/ data reports.
• 50% travel required
• Ability to life 40-50 pounds.
• Coordinating with clients and Certerra engineering and professional staff.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment, handling multiple project assignments, and meeting deadlines.
• Travel to client facilities as needed.
• Report writing and computer skills.
• Client management and business development.
• Financial responsibilities for materials testing and inspection projects.

Education/Qualifications:

• 0-1 years of material testing or construction experience.
• High School Graduate
• Experience in Flexible Asphalt construction

Certifications/Licenses:

• Valid Drivers License
• Level 1A - Hotmix Plant Specialist, (Must be able to obtain Agg 101, Level 2, & Binder 101Certifications.)
