The Project Manager, Accelerator will support the operationalisation of the DIANA Dual-Use Accelerator Program across Europe. This role is pivotal in managing relationships with affiliated accelerator sites and DIANA personnel, coordinating
project activities, ensuring effective collaboration with DIANA’s goals. The Project Manager, Accelerator will act as the bridge between the accelerator team and stakeholders, ensuring that collaboration, innovation and communication drive the successful implementation of the DIANA Dual-Use Accelerator Programme.
Duties of this role include:
• Ensure effective collaboration across a wide array of stakeholders, including building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliated accelerator sites, interacting with innovators, test centres, mission customers and other
individuals and organizations
• Create and maintain standard project management deliverables such as project plans, highlight reports etc
• Capture and report lessons learned data, recommending and influencing strategic mitigations
• Analyse risk, using quantitative and qualitative methodologies and risk management frameworks
• Prepares contingency plans for the effective management of issues that may arise both internally at DIANA and across DIANA’s ecosystem of stakeholders
• Share project management expertise and best practices across the DIANA team, including the use of tools, processes, training, and project management techniques. The aim of this being to improve the ability of all staff members to
achieve DIANA objectives in a timely and predictable manner using a programmatic approach
• Perform any other related duties as may be required.
The incumbent must have:
• Experience in project/programme management including, project planning, cost estimation and quality management
• Experience in drafting standard project documents such as project mandates, project plans, highlight reports, lessons learned reports; demonstrating good writing skills.
• Experience in creating and delivering presentations to a wide variety of stakeholders, demonstrating good presentation skills.
• Good stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Possess the following minimum level of NATO official languages (English): IV (“Very Good”).
