Job Description: SysTrack Expert (Digital Experience Monitoring Engineer)
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SysTrack Expert to lead the implementation, administration, and optimization of the SysTrack platform. The role focuses on improving digital employee experience (DEX), endpoint performance visibility, and proactive issue remediation across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. SysTrack Implementation & Administration
Deploy, configure, and manage SysTrack agents across enterprise endpoints (VDI, physical, cloud)
Administer SysTrack environment including data collectors, master systems, and dashboards
Perform upgrades, patching, and system health monitoring
2. Digital Experience Monitoring (DEX)
Analyze endpoint performance metrics (CPU, memory, disk, latency, app usage)
Build dashboards and reports to measure user experience
Establish DEX baselines and benchmarks across business units
3. Analytics & Insights
Interpret SysTrack data to identify performance bottlenecks and user-impacting issues
Provide actionable insights for:
Endpoint optimization
Application performance tuning
Infrastructure improvements
Perform trend analysis and capacity planning
4. Proactive Issue Resolution
Identify recurring issues and recommend automation or fixes
Work with EUC, VDI, and infrastructure teams for remediation
Enable shift-left by integrating insights into Service Desk operations
5. Integration & Automation
Integrate SysTrack with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
Collaborate with automation teams to trigger alerts and self-healing workflows
Support API-based integrations where required
6. Reporting & Stakeholder Management
Create executive dashboards for leadership reporting
Present insights to stakeholders in business-friendly language
Support monthly/quarterly service reviews (MSR/QBR)
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with SysTrack (deployment, configuration, analytics)
Good understanding of:
Windows OS performance internals
VDI platforms (Citrix, VMware Horizon, AVD)
Endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM)
Experience in Digital Experience Monitoring (DEX/DEM tools like Nexthink, SysTrack)
Analytical Skills
Strong data interpretation and problem-solving ability
Experience in performance tuning and root cause analysis
Integration Knowledge
Experience integrating monitoring tools with ITSM platforms
Basic scripting (PowerShell preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in migration from Nexthink to SysTrack (big plus — very relevant for your case)
Exposure to enterprise-scale environments (10K+ endpoints)
Knowledge of automation platforms and AI-driven insights
Soft Skills
Strong communication and storytelling with data
Ability to work cross-functionally with Infra, EUC, and Service Desk teams
Stakeholder management (especially client-facing roles)
Experience & Education
5–10 years in EUC / Endpoint Monitoring / Digital Experience domain
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
