Description

Come join a dynamic maintenance team that works together to keep vacation rental operations running smoothly. In this role, your hands-on skills and leadership support will directly impact guest satisfaction, property quality, and the overall success of the business.

 

You’ll work closely with the Maintenance Manager, Guest Services, Owner Relations, and Reservations teams to ensure efficient scheduling, vendor coordination, and high-quality property maintenance. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, staying active, and being part of a supportive team environment with opportunities for growth.

 

Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping & Financials:

  • Payroll time keeping and preparation for the payroll department.

  • Prepare work orders for review and final billing.

  • Accurate account coding of expenses.

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Schedule daily maintenance tasks and assist in preparing vacant units for occupancy

  • Coordinate and schedule vendor work as needed

  • Assist with supervising vendor services and ensuring quality standards

  • Maintain inventory and order supplies and materials

  • Help prepare work orders for billing and operational reports

Team & Guest Support

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional guest and owner experiences

  • Communicate clearly with team members and management to improve efficiency

  • Provide leadership support and help guide field maintenance activities

  • Step in to support maintenance operations when the Maintenance Manager is unavailable

 

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of maintenance, facilities, or property management experience

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management abilities

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic bookkeeping or expense tracking experience 

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
