Job Description:Operate under general supervision within the Accounting function or within an assigned business unit in day-to-day maintenance of ledger accounts and related accounting activities. Prepare and review financial statements, transactions, and reports. Perform research and analyses requested by management.

The Accountant I role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Maintain ledger accounts and related activities for production of financial statements and reports.
- Examine a variety of financial statements and transactions for completeness, internal accuracy, and conformance with accounting standards.
- Reconcile reports and financial data with statements or data on file and point out inconsistencies or errors.
- Prepare tables, charts, and other exhibits for reports.
- May prepare simple financial statements or assist in preparing more complex statements.
- May perform less complex accounting projects or participate as a team member on more complex projects.
