Job Description
Ken’s Gutters is looking for a friendly, reliable Customer
Service Representative to join our growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their
career who wants to gain real experience working with customers, handling
calls, and learning how a fast-paced business operates.

 
What You’ll Be Doing

  • Speak with residential customers interested in gutter
    cleaning services

  • Handle inbound calls from new and existing customers
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to leads and past customers
  • Schedule services and coordinate appointments
  • Provide clear, helpful information and build positive
    customer relationships

  • Work closely with sales and operations teams

  • Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, call centers, or customer

What You Get

  • $25 per hour (plus commissions)
  • Full-time, stable schedule
  • Monday–Friday from 9 am to 5 pm (no weekends)
  • PTO after 1 year
