calls, and learning how a fast-paced business operates.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Speak with residential customers interested in gutter
cleaning services - Handle inbound calls from new and existing customers
- Make outbound follow-up calls to leads and past customers
- Schedule services and coordinate appointments
- Provide clear, helpful information and build positive
customer relationships - Work closely with sales and operations teams
Who This Role Is For
- Someone who enjoys talking to people
- Friendly, positive, and professional
- Reliable and shows up consistently
- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
- Experience in retail, hospitality, call centers, or customer
service is a plus, but not required.
What You Get
- $25 per hour (plus commissions)
- Full-time, stable schedule
- Monday–Friday from 9 am to 5 pm (no weekends)
- PTO after 1 year
- Opportunity to grow into other roles within the company
