🔥 Dive into plans, specs, and bidding documents to nail down material, labor, and time needs
🔥 Build detailed cost estimates for projects from $1M to $30M
🔥 Partner with company leadership — especially the President — to review opportunities and feasibility
🔥 Keep our cost databases sharp and up-to-date
🔥 Network with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to strengthen partnerships
🔥 Represent Kirk Bros. at pre-bid meetings, cost reviews, and industry events

💼 What You Bring to the Table

✔ 2+ years of experience in construction estimating or a related field
✔ Solid analytical, math, and blueprint-reading skills
✔ Comfortable with estimating software and Microsoft Office (Timberline experience is a bonus!)
✔ Organized, deadline-driven, and great communicator
✔ Self-starter with a team mindset
