Compensation We Offer
- The initial compensation for this position ranges from $31.40 - $38.61 per hour; depending on experience, location and internal equity considerations
- 8% License Differential for LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD. and select Peer Certifications**
- 7.5% Bilingual Differential for qualified positions**

About our Program:TRUST: Is a Mobile Mental Health Evaluation Team that handles psychiatric emergencies for adults psychiatric or behavioral distress. Program includes a crisis hotline, mobile mental health response and follow up services
Schedule: Tuesday/ Wednesday 3pm-11:30pm

Job Summary
Oversees a program that provides 24/7 crisis response and stabilization services to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. Intervenes with crisis behaviors while developing the individuals strengths and interests. Responsible for linking to community resources. Helps to create permanent connections for individual. May search, locate, and engage individuals' natural supports. Assists with transitioning individual to the lowest level of care needed.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct services individuals in crisis in community setting
- Provides direct billable mental health services, documents in alignment with MediCal regulations, and achieves set productivity expectations.
- Engages and builds alignment and relationships with individuals' family, and natural supports.
- Utilizes strengths of individuals and natural supports to assist in the implementation and achievement of goals and outcomes.
- Works individuals and/or family/natural supports to create strength-based planning and crisis interventions.
- Understands and takes advantage of therapeutic opportunities in crisis situations.
- Conducts observations regarding specific target behavior of individual or youth to support their intended identified outcome.
- Assists individuals in developing a hypothesis of function and underlying unmet need to develop individualized, strength-based strategies and interventions that will result in positive behavior change.
- Works in the community directly with individuals and/or family to develop and implement safety and skill refinement plans.
- Driving to individuals in crisis in the location identified.
- Position specific duties and responsibilities may vary depending upon program.
- Performs other responsibilities, as assigned, to support department/business needs.

- High School Diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education and experience (two years of relevant experience equals one year of education) to include:
- Minimum 18 years of age required.
- Must know or quickly acquire extensive knowledge of local community resources.
- Be able to articulate the experience and perspective of an individual with complex needs involving mental health, homelessness, or probation services.
