Summary:

POSITION OVERVIEW

This position is an advanced supervisory position and will be primarily responsible for managing Slot Service Technician III and Slot Specialty Technician staff and associated tasks within repair and maintenance of slot machines and associated peripherals. The position will develop plans, gather resources and guide staff in order to accomplish machine maintenance, installation, upgrades, moves and removals of Electronic Gaming Machines (EGM) and associated equipment. This advanced knowledge will ultimately enhance every interaction for our guests and employees; customer service is our top priority for both internal and external guests.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

1.High School Diploma or GED certificate is required.

ESSENTIAL:

1.All casino employees will be subject to the Criminal and Background restrictions of the

Ho-Chunk Nation.

2.Must be bondable and licensable according to tribal policy.

EXPERIENCE:

1.Must have three (3) years of experience in Slot Floor Operations and/or Repair.

2.Must have one (1) year of supervisory experience.
