We are looking for a reliable and service-oriented Customer Service & Support Specialist to act as a central point of contact for customers, internal departments, and external partners. The role combines customer service, billing support, procurement assistance, customs coordination, and administrative responsibilities, as well as front office duties. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on mindset in a logistics-oriented environment.

Typical responsibilities

Customer Service & Support 
•    Act as first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person 
•    Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner 
•    Maintain customer data and ensure high service quality

Billing & Invoicing 
•    Prepare, review, and process customer invoices 
•    Clarify billing questions and discrepancies with customers and internal departments 
•    Support accurate and timely billing processes

Procurement Support 
•    Assist in the procurement of materials and services 
•    Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and documentation 
•    Support internal stakeholders with purchasing-related inquiries


Administrative & Front Office Duties 
•    Provide administrative support across logistics and office operations 
•    Perform front office and reception duties, including visitor handling 
•    Support general office organization and coordination activities

Background / skills 
•    Completed commercial education or comparable practical experience 
•    Experience in customer service, administration, or logistics is an advantage 
•    Good communication skills in German and English 
•    Confident user of MS Office; ERP or logistics systems are a plus 
•    Organized, reliable, and team-oriented working style
