Join our team at Nokia as a NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer Trainee! We are looking for a dynamic person with a technical mindset and strong communication skills to collaborate with various technical resources and deliver end-to-end solutions. You will closely work with customers to understand requirements, provide technical support, and ensure smooth project delivery. Responsibilities
- Review and validate engineering requirements against product capabilities
- Create and review Methods of Procedures prior to implementation
- Provide problem-resolution assistance and training to other technical support personnel
- Participate in Dry-Run, Field Trials and Preliminary Acceptance Tests
Qualifications
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Knowledge of RHEL (Red Hat)/CentOS Linux, docker, Kubernetes, Python, etc.
- Knowledge of WDM (Wavelength Division Multiplexing) technology
- Familiarity with carrier networking protocols such as BGP, MPLS, OPSF, VPNs, QoS, Security, etc.
