Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an analytical and driven Sales Performance Manager who thrives in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing sales performance across the organization. You will work closely with Sales, Finance and other departments, supporting the business with performance insights, reporting and operational analyses that help drive commercial decisions.

You will join a collaborative and technically strong team with exposure to multiple areas of the business, where ownership, reliability and continuous improvement are highly valued.

What will you do?

As a Sales Performance Manager, you will play an important role in tracking and improving key commercial KPIs. You will help ensure that performance is consistently monitored, understood and optimized across the field organization.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing and improving the national incentive and commission structure;
  • Managing bonus calculations and ensuring accuracy and consistency;
  • Designing and implementing incentives for Field Sales teams;
  • Analyzing performance trends and identifying improvement opportunities;
  • Building and maintaining reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI);
  • Supporting Sales and other departments with data-driven insights;

In addition, you will perform ad-hoc analyses and act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across different levels of the organization. This requires strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Who are you?

You bring solid experience in an analytical or performance-driven role and are comfortable working with data to influence business decisions. Ideally, you have a minimum of 4–5 years of relevant work experience, or around 2 years of experience within consulting.

What makes you a strong fit:

  • Strong analytical mindset combined with good communication skills;
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across departments;
  • Structured, organized, and able to bring clarity and stability;
  • Hands-on mentality with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with Power BI and PowerPoint;
  • Experience working with incentives, commissions or sales KPIs is a plus;
  • Providing a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is not an issue for you.

You are fluent in English, and Dutch is considered a strong plus.

What do we offer?

We offer you a strategic and high-impact role within a fast-growing international organization. You will have direct exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to truly influence business performance.

You can expect:

  • A dynamic and collaborative working environment;
  • A competitive salary, depending on experience;
  • Strong career growth opportunities;
  • A solid pension plan;
  • Hybrid working (1–2 days per week from home);
  • Easily accessible by public transport;
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (from 10 km onwards).

The salary and bonus structure will be determined based on internal grading.
