Ten Broeck Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations

• Educate residents and families on treatment plans and progress

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal guidelines

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New York

• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
