We are currently seeking a motivated Entry-Level Accounting Clerk. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply!

What You’ll Be Doing:

(We’ll train you!)

• Stocks and bills out all dealer trades in new and used inventory

• Processes purchase paperwork

• Processes dealer trades

• Verifies rebate payments and all liens are paid in full or otherwise makes appropriate payoffs

• Assist with sales commissions

• Respond to vendor inquiries by phone or email

• Assist with month-end closing tasks

• Enter data accurately into accounting systems

• Maintain compliance with company policies

• Support accounting team and special projects as needed

• Perform other assigned duties
