Moyie Springs Idaho Forest Group is looking for a dynamic HR Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting our people and daily HR operations. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, stays organized, and wants to grow in Human Resources. You’ll be involved in everything from hiring and onboarding to payroll, benefits, and employee support in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere.

What You’ll Do
- Post job openings, review candidates, and coordinate interviews
- Support onboarding and ensure a smooth new hire experience
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Assist employees with a variety of situations
- Support team events and activities
- Run HR reports and support ongoing projects
- Provide general support for the management team
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED (associate’s degree preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, benefits, or 3+ years in office administration
- Basic understanding of HR practices and compliance
- Experience with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and Word)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to pass a background check, hair follicle pre-employment drug test, and physical
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $44,000 – $51,000 per year (based on experience)
